Expertise:
Design, synthesis and physicochemical characterization of biological active compounds (peptides, vitamins etc.).
Development of analytical techniques for the measurement of toxic and/or carcinogenic compounds in food, feed and biological samples (dioxins, pesticides, antibiotics etc).


Relevant projects and functions:

• Member of the scientific council of the Greek National Food Control Authority
• Member of the Greek Peptide Society
• Coordinator of research programs co-funding by the EU and the Greek Government for food analysis
