Expertise:
Disturbance of mitochondrial bioenergetics and cell function: implications in metabolic disease. Mitochondrial biogenesis. Interference with the regulation of expression of the mitochondrial genome and with the coordinated expression of the mitochondrial and nuclear genomes.
