Molecular nutrition, regulation of energetic metabolism (obesity), functional foods and nutrition technology, nutrigenomics and food safety.

• Partner of the EU FP6 IP "Identification and prevention of dietary- and lifestyle-induced health effects in children and infants" (IDEFICS 2006-2010)
