Aim of the exchange:
The aim of this short term scientific mission was to improve knowledge of molecular techniques (Real-Time Q-PCR and gel electrophoresis) and collaborate with other scientific groups.
Results:
Mouse mitochondrial DNA was amplified and normalized versus nuclear DNA content using Q-PCR. PCR product length was checked using gel electrophoresis.
